We specialize in the second home (cabin) market, for which we offer 8 of our most popular models to choose from. As we offer in house design service, any of these plans can be modified to meet your specific needs.

We can build a shell or a complete turnkey. A shell will include the complete exterior framing, interior walls, roofing, siding, windows, exterior doors, decking and porch roofs. A turnkey is complete and ready for move-in with all interior work finished.

We build energy efficient homes with 2 x 6 exterior framing, dual glazed, low-E windows, R-19 sidewall insulation and R-30 ceiling insulation in our turnkey product.
